2. Booking and Payment Terms
Booking Process
- All bookings require written confirmation from Grow MagicWizard
- Verbal quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit and signed booking form
- We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion
Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 25% of tour cost due upon booking
- Balance: Full payment due 60 days before departure
- Late Bookings: Full payment required for bookings within 60 days
- Payment Methods: Credit card, bank transfer, or cash (office visits only)

- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless specified
- Prices include GST where applicable
- Prices are subject to change until booking confirmation

- Full refund provided for tours cancelled by Grow MagicWizard
- We are not liable for additional costs (flights, visas, etc.)
Force Majeure
We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions
- Government restrictions or travel advisories
- Health emergencies or pandemics
- Strikes, civil unrest, or terrorism
- Technical failures affecting transportation

- We can provide insurance recommendations but are not insurance providers
- Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate coverage
- Travel insurance cannot be purchased after departure
6. Health and Safety Requirements
